TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE.These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire of bouncy castle. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions;-1. Bouncy Castles are strictly for children. Under no circumstances should adults enter on to the Castle as this may result in damage to the Castle. 2. You ("the Hirer") are responsible for any injury or damage occuring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the Bouncy Castle\Units whilst it is on hire to you. 3. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the Castle\units are in use. 4. Children must remove their shoes before using the Bouncy Castle and children must be prevented from climbing on the walls of the Castle. Food & Drink is strictly forbidden on any unit. 5. The Hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the Bouncy Castle and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return. A clear access to your property is your responsibility.CASTLES\UNITS BEING KEPT OVERNIGHT MUST BE LOCKED AWAY TO AVOID THEFT.AGAIN A CHARGE FOR ANY MISSING ITEMS WILL BE MADE. 6. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge. Raincovers are for light showers only. We will not be held responsible for bad weather ruining your day. 7. All units are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the Castle as being in good and clean condition. 8. Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the Bouncy Castle and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver, who holds the copy to this contract. 9. The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any one time is as follows 20ft x20ft =12max. 15ft x 15ft = 8 max 16 ft X 14ft = 8 max 14ftX12 ft = 8 max 12ft x 12ft =7 max. 10ft x10ft=6max. 8ft x 8ft=4 max.9x9=5. ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY. Our bouncy castles are for children 13 years and under and should not under any circumstances be used by people older than this. You ' the hirer' must ensure units are staked down at all times.Stop any horseplay.Use discretion in high wind. STRICTLY NO ACROBATICS. Never turn fan off whilst castle is in use.
